Refund policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

We want you to be confident in your ROVE & WARD purchase. This policy explains when returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are available.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags, accessories, dust bags, and packaging. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@roveward.com before sending the item back. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Fees

For returns not caused by a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for using a trackable, adequately insured service. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original expedited and international shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order received free standard shipping, no outbound standard shipping charge will be deducted from an otherwise approved refund.

Personalized and Custom Items

Items personalized with a monogram, name, date, corporate logo, or other custom specification cannot be canceled after personalization has begun and are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. This exclusion does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the approved personalization, or incorrectly made by us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, return label, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exclusions

We cannot accept items showing wear, misuse, accidental damage, odors, stains, alterations, missing components, or damage caused by improper packing or return shipment. Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable except where required by law. Natural variation in leather or other natural materials is not automatically a defect.

Exchanges

To exchange an eligible item, contact us first. Availability is not guaranteed. We may process the exchange as a return and a new order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation before shipment by emailing us. We will make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once processing begins. After shipment, an eligible item must follow the return process above.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
