Shipping Policy

Order Processing

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Personalized, pre-order, made-to-order, or temporarily unavailable items may require additional time; the applicable estimate will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in an order update.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States is free. After shipment, standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days. Expedited options, when available, and their charges are shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to the international destinations available at checkout. International delivery is generally estimated at 7–21 business days after shipment. Available services and shipping charges vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage, customs clearance charges, and related fees imposed by the destination country. ROVE & WARD cannot control or predict these charges. A refused or unclaimed international shipment may be subject to return freight, duties, taxes, and carrier fees, which may be deducted from any refund permitted by law.

Estimated Delivery Times

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs review, carrier disruptions, holidays, remote destinations, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact info@roveward.com immediately if an address needs correction. We will try to help before shipment but cannot guarantee a change after processing begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If tracking appears stalled, shows delivery but the package cannot be located, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number. Keep all packaging and photograph visible damage. We will assist with the carrier investigation and determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
