These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ROVE & WARD website, online store, content, products, and related services. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity conducted through your account.

Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors, texture, grain, and other natural material characteristics may vary, and screens may display colors differently. Dimensions, weights, capacity, availability, and other information may be updated. We reserve the right to correct errors and modify or discontinue products, subject to applicable law.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, pricing error, shipping restriction, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are presented where applicable.

Personalization

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, initials, dates, artwork, and other personalization instructions. Personalized orders may be subject to additional lead time and the restrictions in our Refund Policy. You represent that you have permission to use any name, logo, artwork, or other material you submit.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Any product-specific warranty applies only as stated on the relevant product page or warranty documentation. We do not guarantee carrier delivery dates or uninterrupted product availability.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to violate law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; submit malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape or exploit the Services without authorization; impersonate another person; submit false information; or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, product names, and site presentation, are owned by or licensed to ROVE & WARD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The Services may rely on or link to third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and social platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

Except for express promises stated in our policies or product-specific warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and content are provided as is and as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROVE & WARD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the Services.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ROVE & WARD harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement caused by content or personalization materials you submit.

Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence.
